The opportunity

UPA Aged Care Solutions, a leading organisation committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Return to Work Business Partner to join our dynamic People & Culture - WHS team in Wahroonga.
In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in our organisation's safe and caring culture journey to ensure the successful reintegration of employees returning to work after an absence due to illness, injury, or other personal circumstances.
Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective return-to-work strategies, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing compassionate guidance to employees throughout their journey.
