The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the UPA team as a Full-Time Administration Assistant at our Yeoval facility in NSW.

The role of the Administration Assistant is to support residents and staff, attend incoming calls and assist with visitor enquiries, while providing high-level administrative support to the Facility Manager.

The successful applicant will possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide effective and efficient administrative support in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulatory standards within an aged care facility setting.

What You Will Need

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly developed computer skills, including Excel, Word and database management

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

  • Ability to develop positive relationships and engage with staff and residents

  • High attention to detail

  • Efficient and organised administrative skills with relevant experience

  • Understanding of confidentiality and handling private information

  • Ability to perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities when required
