  • Package up to $137,732 pa. Package includes salary range ($110,266 pa to $122,058 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Office located in Greenacre NSW with hybrid work available (minimum 3 days in the office)

About the role:      

As a Rehabilitation and Retraining Advisor, you will manage rehabilitation and retraining programs to support injured Fire and Rescue NSW employees with internal and/or external redeployment.

The role involves comprehensive case management, strategic advice, and coordination with stakeholders to facilitate smooth rehabilitation and compliance with relevant legislation and NSW Government guidelines including the NSW Workers Compensation legislation and Crown Employees (Fire and Rescue NSW Firefighting Staff Death and Disability) Award (D&DA).

About you:

  • You will have demonstrated experience managing employees requiring vocational redeployment.
  • Experience in providing case management for injured workers with complex injuries.

Essential Requirements:

  •  Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent experience.
