About the role:
In this role you will provide executive and administrative support and project-based services to the Business Coordination, Compliance & Reporting Directorate.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in executive level support and office management.
- Excellent communication, organsational, and time management skills and the ability to triage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Discretion and confidentiality
