  • Package up to $142,492.99pa (4 day pro-rata will apply). Package includes salary range ($113,574.00 pa - $125,720.00 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 
  • Greenacre - 3 days a week

About the role:      

To provide pastoral care services to meet the spiritual, emotional and wellbeing needs of FRNSW employees, first
responders, retired employees, and their immediate families. Specifically, through professional training and certification,
assist and support staff and families to understand more fully life’s events as they relate to their spiritual and emotional
wellbeing. The role will be required to respond and provide appropriate support outside business hours including
weekends.

About you:

  • Experience in delivering and providing high quality pastoral care and chaplaincy services in a complex environment supported by a relevant qualification. 

Essential Requirements:

  • Endorsed for ministry from within denominations or faith communities having official status with the National Council of Churches and/or NSW Council of Churches, Faith Communities Council of NSW or equivalent
  • Successful completion of pastoral care, clinical pastoral education, Chaplaincy Cert IV or similar relevant training.
  • Operate within denominational requirements and the Marriage Act
  • A relevant qualification in the following field/s; Social Work, Critical Incident Stress Management, Emergency
    Management (desirable)
  • Working with Children Check
  • Mandatory National Police Check
