About the role:
Take responsibility for delivering paralegal support across litigation and legal advisory matters, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements in responses to subpoenas, GIPA applications, and internal reviews, in partnership with the Information Liaison Officer.

About you:
- Demonstrated understanding of legal processes and procedures, particularly relating to litigation, criminal law, administrative law, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of information access and privacy legislation, and its application in a government or public sector context.
- Understanding of and ability to respond to subpoenas and apply the GIPA Act.
Essential Requirements:
- 5 years’ work experience as a legal support officer or paralegal role; or
- Have a legal qualification (including paralegal, legal executive or law degree/ equivalent).
