- Package up to $ 166,549 pa. Package includes salary range ($133,348 pa to $ 146,945 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
- Hybrid work from our office in Greenacre and remotely
About the role:
The Senior Organisational Development Lead manages, coordinates, reviews and provides advice on a range of organisational development programs, and initiatives to enable the effective delivery of organisation-wide cultural reform and strategic priorities.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience leading the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development, culture, engagement, inclusion or organisational effectiveness programs in a complex and diverse organisation.
- Demonstrated capability in organisational diagnosis, intervention design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement and the use of qualitative and quantitative evidence to improve organisational outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational development, human resources, organisational psychology, behavioural science, business or a related discipline, and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel in accordance with position requirements.
