General Information:

Academic Student Services is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented student to work 10 hours a week.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service (in person, on the phone, and via email).
-Filing and data entry using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software.
-Operation of copier/scanner.
-Complete projects and perform assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
-Respect the confidentiality of the documents being handled and the department.
-Be responsible, dependable, and professional at all times.

-Ability to work independently
-Good communication skills, in-person and via various technology
-Professional attitude
-Show initiative
-Excellent organizational skills
-Comfort with Zoom
-Proficient with Excel and Word
-FWS-eligible

Conditions of Employment:  

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).

Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
