General Information:
*Assist the Office of Undergraduate Admissions with the processing of prospect and application data
*You will be working in the PeopleSoft Student Administration system, Salesforce prospect database, and OnBase document imaging system.
*Must be willing to commit to 12 or more hours per week (maximum of 20 per week)
*Working hours are Monday through Friday, between 8 am - 4 pm
The office of Undergraduate Admissions processed over 40k applications for fall 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Entering prospect data into the Salesforce database from travel cards.
*Indexing application materials in Hyland OnBase
*Entering application data into PeopleSoft Student Administration
*Other office duties as assigned

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
