General Information:
The Office of Family Engagement is seeking a Student Office Assistant to begin in August 2026 and remain indefinitely until graduation or no longer able. We are seeking a self-motivated and organized individual to assist in daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Partner with one other Student Office Assistant to work with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to input data for various events and maintain accurate records on spreadsheets
-Assist with preparing for events, including stuffing giveaway bags, mailings, etc.
-Communicate effectively via phone with constituents as needed.
-We require the student assistant to work the Saturday morning of Family Weekend
-Maximum of 10 hours per week in our Leeolou office during the hours of 8:30 am -5:00 pm
Qualifications:
-Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
-Detail-oriented
-Able to communicate effectively as a team member
-Exceptional time management skills

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
