As part of the Facilities and Events team within JMU Athletics, this position will have an assigned facility to oversee but will also assist at other athletic facilities across campus. Duties include but are not limited to: opening/closing facility; maintaining the appearance and functionality of the facility; providing varsity sporting and special event support; receiving, taking inventory of equipment; scheduling lights; and ensuring safe condition of the buildings.

The Coordinator ensures high-quality, consistent implementation of deliberative pedagogy across PLCs, supports teacher learning and reflection, supports project evaluation and assessment goals. The role combines program coordination, facilitation, instructional design, and evaluation alignment, with a strong emphasis on deliberation in the classroom. This is a grant funded position and is contingent upon continued funding.
