General Information:
This position performs a variety of duties to support the Office of Student Accountability and RestorativePractices (OSARP).
OSARP office hours during the school year (Fall/Spring) are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Our office is closed from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM for lunch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain 10 scheduled office hours per week.
• Provide administrative support to Front Desk Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator
• Provide customer service to students, parents, staff, faculty, and federal agents.
• Assist with daily and weekly tasks including reminder phone calls, letter creation and data entry.
• Provide additional support for Case Management and other units in the office as needed.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices, its
mission and its outcomes, and to the value statements of the Division of Student Affairs and the
University.
• Maintain confidentiality as required by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act regarding the
non-disclosure of educational records; maintain confidentiality of other sensitive information.
• Attend staff training prior to commencement of duties; participate in ongoing training and professional
development including but not limited to Education Programs Unit Staff Meetings, All Staff Meetings, and
additional professional development.
• Assess professional progress and receive feedback through biweekly meetings with
• supervisor and semester meetings with Associate Director of Case Management; Participate in formal
staff evaluation processes.
• Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.

Conditions of Employment:
Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
