| The Assistant Director within the Office of Sponsored Programs-Administrative Services plays a pivotal role in fostering the growth of external funding at James Madison University, including oversight of the grants specialist team and coordinating with other stakeholders. Additionally, the assistant director reviews research and related contracts, preparing guidance for the office’s Authorized Organizational Representatives to support negotiation and signing. Finally, the assistant director also oversees the development of training material for the campus community. |

| JMU Facilities Management is accepting applications for two full-time Housekeeping Workers in the University Recreation Center (UREC). Hours are Monday – Friday, 4:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., with occasional Saturdays and some rotating on-call responsibilities.
UREC operates an award-winning, state-of-the-art recreation facility including an adventure center, wellness center, aquatics center, mediation/mindfulness space, and a wet/dry classroom. |

Curricular Work-Based Learning Experiences Specialist

| The Curricular Work-Based Learning Experiences (WBLEs) specialist has two primary functions, that of (1) developing resources and support for faculty to create additional WBLE curricular offerings and (2) creating and maintaining an information clearinghouse on existing curricular WBLE completion. The specialist will develop academic connections across JMU and a system to collect information about curricular WBLE completion. |

| University Advising’s well-respected Madison Advising Peers (MAP) program consists of undergraduate peer advisors who are trained to provide supplemental academic advising for JMU students in conjunction with faculty and full-time academic advisors. Madison Advising Peers are friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable resources for their fellow students and are committed to helping them achieve their college goals. MAPs are selected based on a formal interview, academic record, experience, and attitude. This offer of employment is contingent on budget availability.
