Job Summary/Basic Functions
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Manager in the College of Arts and Sciences. The Office Manager provides administrative and support services, as well as administrative activities related to fiscal management and procurement.

- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent organizational/management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of office practices and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage office activities and administrative work

Required Experience:
- Experience working in an office/managerial setting
- Experience working independently
- Previous experience handling multiple priorities

Additional Considerations:

- Ability to interpret, explain and apply a variety of rules, regulations and standards

- Previous experience in Accounting
