Title: Identification Clerk- Saratoga

Job Overview:

The Identification Clerk is responsible for issuing photo identification to all NYRA employees and backstretch workers at Saratoga, as well as assist with other NYRA security record systems.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a daily log of ID badges and temporary/ visitor passes issued.
• Replace lost badges and make revisions when a change in identification status occurs.
• Provide application process information.
• Work closely with the New York Gaming Commission to ensure employees and workers are properly licensed.
• Process termination reports and update badges upon termination.
• Process applications by vendors, veterinarians and other third parties who need track identification.
• Issue parking stickers to backstretch and other outside vendors.
• Liaise with the BEST office in regards to life insurance and pension applications.
• Assist security operations with the daily operations report.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma
• Experience: Two years of work experience
  
• Preferred/not mandatory: Bilingual English/Spanish
  

Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Primarily, sedentary in nature as this is an office role.

Pay Range / Salary: $20/hourly
