Title: Growth Marketing Intern, NYRA Bets

Job Overview:

The Growth Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting marketing, advertising and promotional activities while enhancing and growing the NYRA Bets brand and KPIs. Additionally, providing marketing support for NYRA Bets “Business to Business” efforts.

Essential Functions:

Customer Acquisition
• Assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns to drive new account sign-ups.
• Analyze acquisition funnel performance and identify drop-off points to improve conversion rates.
• Work with other Marketing teams to manage CMS, creative, and messaging to optimize acquisition performance.
• Monitor and report on KPIs across acquisition channels.
Digital Partnerships
• Research and evaluate potential digital media partners (sports sites, betting affiliates, influencers).
• Help manage partner onboarding and relationships.
• Track performance of partnership campaigns.
Budgeting & Forecasting
• Support the development of monthly and quarterly marketing spend forecasts.
• Track actual spend vs. budget across acquisition and partnership channels.
• Analyze data from platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Optimove
• Assist in preparing budget presentations and performance recaps for leadership.
Media Support
• Work with NYRA TV and America’s Day at the Races
• Work with NYRA Bets Social Media (YouTube focused)
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop assets tailored for each platform

Education (minimum): Completed at least 2 years of study towards a degree in Marketing

Knowledge Required:
• Knowledge at least intermediate level computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suites;
• Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.;
• Strong interpersonal skills, team oriented and a positive demeanor in supporting multiple internal customers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
