Department Summary
The primary purpose of the Integrated Student Service Center (ISSC)/UNT OneStop is to provide a progressive and simplified student experience across the areas of financial aid, student accounting, money management, registrar and admissions. Central to the ISSC model is to promote a culture that supports customer service, student satisfaction, retention, and student success.

Position Overview
This position coordinates enrollment and financial intervention services for the UNT Denton and Frisco campuses as part of the UNT One Stop. The individual in this role will coordinate outreach, data analysis, and programming to students at UNT and Frisco Landing to cultivate a holistic, data-informed approach to enhancing student enrollment and financial experience, beginning at admission, and continuing throughout the student journey at UNT. The individual in this position will be integral to the UNT One Stop’s mission in partnering with home offices and campus partners to design and sustain a unified student experience.
This position will partner with One Stop leadership as well as division and campus partners to analyze student data, perform trend analysis, and develop programming strategies to aid students in their enrollment and financial experiences. A successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, a deep desire to seek to learn new processes, and have strong analytical abilities.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field and two years' of student services, student affairs, counseling, advising or related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to execute multiple projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and two years of student services, student affairs, extensive customer service; program coordination, or any combination of education, training, and experience.

Job Duties:
Program Coordination:
- This position will be part of a team within the UNT One Stop that is dedicated to designing student success and intervention programs that help ensure that students are able to enroll in classes, understand their financial obligations, and devise strategies for funding their education. The individual in this role will coordinate outreach, data analysis, and programming to students at UNT and Frisco Landing to cultivate a holistic, data-informed approach to enhancing student enrollment and financial experience, beginning at admission, and continuing throughout the student journey at UNT.
Collaboration with Departments:
- Coordinate training, program design, and escalations across all areas of the UNT One Stop, ensuring that resolutions are achieved, and follow-up actions are taken. Cultivates and manages relationships across home offices within the Division of Enrollment as well as campus partner offices such as advising, student affairs, and housing/dining. Maintains awareness of programs, policies, and processes within home offices and identifies touchpoints between those processes and customer-facing teams.
Student Support Operations & Continuous Improvement:
- Collect feedback from students to evaluate the effectiveness of the live chat program. Use feedback to suggest and implement improvements, ensuring the service continually meets the needs of students. Coordinates efforts across teams within home offices and the UNT One Stop to identify opportunities to further connections, collaboration, and efficiencies for both students and the university. The individual in this position will be involved in workflow management and case processing within the division CRM system, Salesforce.
Student Emergency Support Program:
- This position will take an active role in the management (intake, triage, action planning, resolution) for UNT’s student emergency support programs within the One Stop, including collaboration with home offices, campus partners, and college-level programs.
