Appointment at the rank of Associate Professor requires a demonstrated record of scholarly, peer-reviewed publications and academic experience commensurate with the rank at an AACSB-accredited institution. Tenure is not granted at appointment and must be earned through the university’s formal tenure review process.
This is a full-time, 9-month faculty appointment. The standard teaching load is 4 courses per semester (4/4). Faculty are expected to maintain regular on-campus presence at least two days per week for office hours, meetings, and engagement activities.

All competitions will likely be in person. At least one head coach is expected to travel with the teams. Assistant Coaches shall only travel with the team with express approval.
