The Office of Student Success and Testing Services is dedicated to empowering students and the community we serve throughout their educational journey. We are committed to fostering the growth and success of both students and community members by providing resources that support educational and professional development. The Office of Student Success and Testing Services houses both Student Success and Testing Services.
UNT Dallas Testing Services is committed to supporting the academic and professional success of students and community members. Being the central testing location in the DFW metroplex, our Testing Center provides a plethora of exams, maintain exam integrity, provides a safe testing environment, and is committed to the proctoring services of high stakes certification exams, educational placement exams, and correspondence exams for other educational institutions.

Position Overview
The University of North Texas at Dallas invites applications for the Testing Coordinator position. In this role, the Testing Coordinator will report to the Assistant Director of Testing Services and assist in coordinating and supervision of proctored exams at the Testing Center. The Testing Coordinator will gain knowledge in proctoring exams, communicating with testing sponsors and exam requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with two years' of related experience and or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in MS Office. Strong organizational, written and verbal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Data entry and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Associates with 2 years experience in an office setting. Preference will be given to those with experience working in either a University or Testing Center environment.

Required License/Registration/Certifications
|
Job Duties:
- Oversees the overall administration of testing programs, including the coordination of staff activities, facilities and materials. Plans and supervises research studies evaluating the effectiveness of testing programs for academic placement, credit, and other purposes Inspects facilities and counsels with test administration personnel to insure that optimum testing conditions are attained.
- Maintains records of student test scores. Submits statistical summaries and reports as required.
- Makes continual review of procedures used in accordance with established policies and standards.
- Provides advice and assistance in the interpretation of test results to students, faculty and staff.
- Oversees the arrangement for and administration of national and institutional testing programs in which the institution participates.
- Assists with the ordering of materials necessary for regular and special testing programs.
