Position Overview
This position builds collaborative relationships with students to develop meaningful educational goals consistent with personal interests, values and abilities. In addition, this position is responsible for advising students on degree/program requirements and course scheduling; maintains and updates student status, records, transcript evaluations, degree plan audits, and graduation applications.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong presentation skills; strong problem solving skills. Ability to learn and use a variety of simple to complex computer applications. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations verbally and in writing. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to work independently.

Job Duties
- Advise students individually and in group settings regarding degree requirements and University and College Policies. Make referrals to campus offices as necessary.
- Prepare and update degree audits/degree plans to include evaluating and applying transfer work in accordance with University and College policies.
- Process graduation packets and degree plans as assigned to meet College and University deadlines.
- Present Ryan College of Business degree information at new student orientations and major changer groups.
- Engage in special projects as assigned: i.e. letter requests, maintain/develop handouts, retention and recruitment initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall organizational health and performance of the Ryan College of Business Undergraduate Programs Office through teamwork, knowledge sharing, professional development and professional relationship building.
- Demonstrate commitment and ability to support a diverse group of individuals within the academic community.
