Position Overview
The Director of Corporate Engagement & Concierge Services plays a key role in advancing the University of North Texas’ strategic priorities around workforce alignment, industry partnerships, and regional impact. Reporting to the Chief of Corporate and Community Relations, this role leads and coordinates UNT’s corporate engagement strategy, connecting academic and administrative partners with industry and community stakeholders. The position serves as a central hub for cross‑campus collaboration, ensuring UNT is positioned to respond to economic growth and emerging workforce needs. This is a high‑impact leadership opportunity to help shape partnerships that drive student success, talent pipelines, and long‑term institutional growth.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and four years of progressively responsible professional experience, including demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or organizational leaders within a complex organization.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Knowledge of higher-education organizational structures and internal stakeholder engagement. * Understanding of strategic planning, executive support, and initiative tracking. * Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing professional briefings and materials. * Relationship-building skills and ability to maintain internal partnerships. * Ability to exercise strategic thinking, judgment, confidentiality, and responsiveness. * Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a high-paced environment.

Job Duties
- Strategic & Executive Support • Provide strategic and operational support to senior leadership to advance the Corporate Concierge initiative and ensure alignment with university and presidential priorities.
• Support the development and execution of short‑ and long‑term strategies related to corporate engagement and workforce alignment. • Prepare executive‑level briefings, talking points, reports, and materials for meetings with senior leaders and external partners.
- Internal Partnerships & Engagement
• Build and steward strong relationships with faculty and staff across colleges and divisions to support coordinated corporate engagement efforts. • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the Corporate Concierge initiative, coordinating outreach, meetings, and engagement strategies. • Monitor university initiatives relevant to corporate partners and provide timely insights and recommendations.
- Communications & Representation
• Draft and manage professional correspondence and materials related to the Corporate Concierge initiative. • Ensure consistent messaging, professionalism, and brand alignment across all internal communications. • Represent the Corporate Concierge initiative at internal meetings as delegated.
- Project & Event Management
• Lead and manage complex, cross‑functional projects involving multiple university stakeholders. • Coordinate high‑level meetings, site visits, events, and briefings to ensure seamless execution. • Track timelines, deliverables, and engagement records to support ongoing partnerships and institutional knowledge.
- Cross‑Campus Coordination
• Work closely with Advancement and internal partners to align corporate engagement efforts across the university. • Serve as a connector across departments, ensuring clear communication and informed leadership. • Maintain continuity and institutional knowledge related to corporate engagement initiatives.
