Department Summary
The Gibson D. Lewis Health Science Library supports the education, research, patient care, and community service missions of University of North Texas Health Fort Worth (UNTH) by meeting the information needs of faculty, students, staff, and the local health sciences community.

Position Overview
This part-time, hourly position will work directly for the Records Management Coordinator for the campus supporting migration of UNT Health records, records retention issues and other administrative duties. This role primarily will be responsible for checking the UNT System records retention schedule and supporting records migration tasks. All work will be performed in compliance with training and documentation provided by the hiring manager and other Library staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- One year of experience in an office or academic setting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to understand training, instructions and project documentation and apply to assigned job duties and tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel for recording statistics.
- Ability to work independently and be flexible and adaptable.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Job Duties
- Reconciling disposition forms with the UNT System Records Retention Schedule.
- Working with the University Archivist for review or ingest of records that require archival evaluation.
- Organizing documents, electronic or print, into a file share or other filing system. - (Essential)
- Scanning print documents as needed.
- Managing born digital records in an electronic records management system (ERMS).
- Other duties as assigned.
