Department Summary
The Office of Institutional Integrity and Awareness (formerly known as the Office of Institutional Compliance and Integrity) creates an integrity-based approach that combines compliance with an emphasis on responsibility for ethical behavior. This includes making values-driven choices that are rooted in the UNT Health's Values and Code of Culture. The office has oversight and management of UNT Health's Compliance Program, which includes policies, clinical compliance, compliance education and training, privacy, investigations, Integrity Framework, conflict of interest, and Code of Culture.

Position Overview
This role leads the design and delivery of engagement strategies that support compliance communication, evaluate stakeholder understanding and participation, and use data to assess effectiveness. It ensures compliance standards, ethical expectations, and risk-based priorities are clearly communicated, consistently reinforced, and well understood across the institution. The position translates complex requirements into clear messaging, supports institution-wide initiatives, and provides leadership with insights to strengthen ethical culture, promote consistency, and enhance accountability.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree and three (3) years of experience with compliance program standards, policy management, and coordination in regulated settings or related professional fields, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated communication, presentation, and above average oral and writing skills with ability to succinctly address issues, findings, and recommendations
- Strong knowledge in complete and accurate provider documentation
- Ability to accurately interpret and implement regulatory standards and legal requirements
- Professional attitude and ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of management and personnel
- Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to develop dashboards, heat maps, and reports highlighting trends and performance indicators.
- Skill in preparing and presenting metrics to senior leadership in accessible formats for various audiences.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; effective at prioritizing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Demonstrates adaptability to changing regulations and promotes a culture of compliance and ethics.

Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience working with compliance program standards and coordinating activities in a regulated environment.
- Three (3) years of experience creating and managing content for communications media platforms.
- Four (4) years data collections and trend reports.
- Professional Certification such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma

Job Duties
- Develop and manage targeted communications that translate integrity, ethics, privacy, and compliance priorities into clear, accessible messaging for campus audiences.
- Design and execute engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events that promote institutional integrity and ethical decision making.
- Create, edit, and review communications content across multiple formats to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with institutional values.
- Assist department and programs on the development and delivery of compliance educational activities or functions in support of those activities.
- Facilitate cross-campus collaboration by working with stakeholders to align messaging, engagement efforts, and institutional initiatives, and to design effective compliance learning experiences and assessments.
- Construct learning experiences that promote interaction, social presence, and community among students, faculty and staff.
- Develop and present compliance engagement data and metrics to leadership in clear, accurate, and audience appropriate formats.
- Identify gaps in resources, areas of impact and untapped potential and devise a strategy to fill the gaps with both short and longterm growth metrics.
- Provide briefing materials, insights, and recommendations to the Chief Integrity and Privacy Officer informed by engagement activities, stakeholder feedback, and observed trends.
