| The Associate Director of UNT One Stop at Frisco is responsible for assisting the AVP and One Stop senior leadership team with the strategic planning and execution of the UNT One Stop at Frisco operations. Core duties include management, workforce planning, recruiting, coaching and training. Performance metrics include student visit efficiency, conversation rates, staffing utilization, visit data and student experience surveys. The Associate Director executes the vision for the operation ensuring the One Stop meets student and university needs. The Associate Director is continually engaged in leading and inspiring their team in developing and documenting best practices in the performance of all duties and responsibilities. |

Gift Policy & Compliance Specialist

| Under general supervision, performs program and project coordination in support of institutional gift policy, gift agreement administration, and compliance activities within University Advancement. The position manages intake and routing of proposed gifts and gift agreements; conducts first-line policy and compliance reviews; coordinates with Gift Administration, Donor Relations, Office of General Counsel, UNT Foundation, Compliance and Financial Aid; and maintains organized records and reports. Work involves exercising independent judgment within established policies and procedures to support timely, compliant, and donor-intent–aligned gift administration. May serve as an information resource to campus partners and may provide functional guidance to student staff or temporary personnel. |

Academic Counselor

| To support the G. Brint Ryan College of Business by providing academic counseling, career counseling, referrals and degree program advising to undergraduate business majors and prospective business majors in individual and group sessions. This includes involvement in implementation of programs designed to recruit new students, increase student retention and participation in general degree advising activities as needed (preparation of degree plans, evaluation of transcripts, processing graduation applications and public relations).
This position will be based at UNT’s regional campus located in Frisco, Texas. UNT at Frisco supports over 20 undergraduate and graduate degrees and more than 3,100 students. This position is a hybrid position officing at the Frisco campus, Denton campus with some remote days. |

Senior Research Analyst

| The Sr. Research Analyst within the Grants & Contracts Administration unit of the Division of Research & Innovation, will work on the Post Award Grant Management team to oversee post award expenditure compliance and management of grant usage. Reporting to the Sr Director, Post Award Grant Management, this position's job duties will include:
- Budget review and reconciliation to ensure fiscal accuracy and transparency
- Financial analysis and forecasting to support proactive grant management (monitoring burn rate, ensuring accurate reporting to agencies)
- Development and implementation of procedures that align with federal, state, and institutional compliance standards and communication with college/unit research administrators
- Quasi supervision and oversight of college/unit post-award staff, including training
- Strategic process optimization in collaboration with the Sr. Director to streamline operations and reduce risk |
