This adjunct faculty position plays a critical role in the development of 2–3 graduate-level clinical nutrition courses designed to prepare students for evidence-based practice within the U.S. healthcare system. The selected faculty member will lead the design, development, and refinement of online course content, ensuring alignment with program learning outcomes, accreditation requirements, institutional standards, and best practices in clinical nutrition and healthcare delivery.
