Primary responsibilities include teaching three courses per semester, while maintaining a strong commitment to instructional excellence and student success. Senior Contract Analyst

| The Senior Contract Analyst on the Research Contracting team of the Grants & Contracts Administration unit is responsible for the intake, triage, review, negotiation, and administration of non-funded research agreements that do not involve intellectual property or licensing. This position supports the Research Contracts team by independently managing a high volume and broad range of agreement types, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Data Use Agreements (DUAs), Master Agreements, Service Agreements, and Research Center Agreements. The Senior Contract Analyst interprets and applies applicable federal and state regulations, university policies, and sponsor requirements to ensure compliance. This role requires: independent analysis of contract terms and conditions, clear communication of contractual obligations, effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, strong judgment in decision-making, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. |
