| The Department of Physical Therapy at the University of North Texas Health at Fort Worth is seeking a part-time (0.5 FTE) faculty member at the Assistant Professor rank for a 12-month appointment, effective immediately. This position will provide leadership for the pediatric physical therapy curriculum across both the Residential and Hybrid Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) programs.
Primary responsibilities include serving as the course director for all pediatric content, developing, delivering, and assessing pediatric coursework, mentoring and advising DPT students, participating in program assessment and curriculum development, and engaging in departmental, university, and professional service activities. The successful candidate will collaborate with faculty across both pathways to ensure curricular consistency and excellence while supporting the department's mission to prepare exceptional physical therapists through evidence-informed education, innovation, and interprofessional collaboration. |
