| The Chair is the immediate supervisor and the academic and administrative leader of the faculty and staff in the department. The Chair derives responsibility and authority from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine Dean & Vice President for Clinical Affairs, UNT Health. Through this authority, the Chair is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, long-term strategic development, and the judicious use of all resources allocated to the department. The Chair holds authority over departmental budgets, faculty-related expenditures for the clinical enterprise, distribution of departmental space, and use of departmental capital equipment. As the senior academic and clinical leader, the Chair works closely with the Dean & Vice President for Clinical Affairs, associate/assistant deans, leadership of the UNT Health Clinical Practice Group, and other department chairs to ensure that departmental academic, clinical, educational, and research programs are commensurate with institutional strategy, accreditation requirements, clinical quality standards, and patient safety priorities. |

Custodian - Night Shift

| This position is responsible for the cleaning and sanitation work of the University, or on special projects. Those who work an overnight shift may earn addition compensation. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Sweeps, mops, scrubs, strips, waxes, and buffs floors, hallways, and stairways and cleans and vacuums, carpets and rugs. Cleans and dusts furniture, walls, ceilings, windows, windowsills, woodwork, and other building surfaces. Cleans and sanitizes rest rooms, baths, commodes, urinals, lavatories, drinking fountains, and other fixtures. Picks up and removes trash and other waste from building and cleans waste receptacles and transports recyclable materials to drop off point on a scheduled basis. Unlocks building doors as required for building functions and programs. Moves furniture for cleaning purposes. Observes safety and security precautions appropriate to work performed. |

| The Financial Aid & Scholarships (FAS) department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Financial Aid Administrator to join our Scholarship Management System Team. This position will assist with the maintenance and development of UNT’s scholarship management system and related scholarship processing and customer service duties. This position provides support to the Assistant Director by coordinating activities related to all projects. The position’s main duties are to enhance department and organization processes by exploring opportunities and ensuring the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved. The Financial Aid Administrator handles multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and is open to constant changes and challenges. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, lead and direct the work of other team members, and be able to manage multiple projects at once in the absence of day-to-day guidance. |
