| TCOM Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine is looking for an experienced grant and project manager, with proven experience in grant administration, budget management, regulatory and compliance requirements, reporting, and identifying research opportunities. This position is a 1.0 FTE, serving in two capacities at .5 each.
Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium (TCMHCC) Project Manager, which includes 8-10 projects. UNT Health subcontracts with JPS Health Network to implement most of the TCMHCC projects. The Project Manager works closely with UNT Health’s Principal Investigator (PI) and TCMHCC Executive Committee member, JPS Health Network, other contracted partners, and UNT Health clinical partners to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with state legislation and guidance from TCMHCC statewide leadership.
Public Health Research Portfolio, working with the Associate Dean of Research in Public Health and the Assistant Director for the Office of Research Services. This position is to help manage the CPH's research portfolio. The position partners closely with all stakeholders necessary for smooth research management operations, including the Office of Sponsored Programs, Budget Office, and HR. |

Special Collections Remote Storage & Access Coordinator

| This position will support the work of the Acquisitions, Processing, and Preservation units at the Research Collections Library. Oversee accessioning of all incoming archival collections in support of UNT Special Collections’ collection acquisition program. Maintain physical and electronic donor files and assign collection numbers utilizing ArchivesSpace. Fulfill University Advancement requirements for all gift-in-kind donations. Manage onsite requests for Special Collections being paged to the remote facility utilizing Aeon. Collaborate with Access Services Specialist (working at Willis Library) and remote facility manager ensure requests are fulfilled and reshelved appropriately. Fulfill on-demand scanning requests for collection materials that can be digitized at the RCL. Ideal candidate will possess a combination of specialized knowledge and practical experience in an archive and/or Special Collections environment. This position works primarily at the Research Collections Library; a remote campus facility located approximately one mile north of campus. Work will require occasional visits to Willis Library for department and divisional activities. |

| This is a professional position that participates in the planning and production of video projects as either a team leader or team member for the purpose of recruitment, image and community relations. Work includes creating high quality video content consistent with the university's mission and strategic goals using a combination of sophisticated techniques and professional experience; operating digital cameras, audio and lighting equipment on location as well as in the studio and post production video editing; exercising independent creative judgment and technical expertise in shooting and editing for a variety of creative projects; and collaborating with UBSC leadership and other staff in a work team environment. |

Percussion Summer Camp Team Member

| The music summer camp intern provides additional instructional support and supervision for minor summer campers during College of Music summer programs. Duties include escorting campers between events, supervising students overnight in the dorms, and/or providing small group instruction.
We are currently seeking interns to support the UNT Marching Percussion Camp and the American Percussion Seminar, occurring between May 31, 2026-June 5, 2026. |
