| The Director Student Assistance Resource Center is a mid-manager position which provides supervision, coaching, and mentoring to fulltime professional staff members within their area of responsibility. The Position coordinates programs, services, and activities in an effort to promote student learning outcomes established within each academic program on campus. The goal of this position is to create opportunities to promote learning, ethical decision making, scholarship, and leadership within the student body. Student services are designed to enhance the quality of the students learning experience both in and out of the classroom environment. The development of each student as a whole (Mind, Body, and Spirit) is the primary purpose for this position and the employees reporting to this position. |
