The CLC accepts cases involving a broad range of legal issues including family law, housing, consumer, governmental benefits, and other areas. Adjunct faculty work closely with faculty from the College of Law to assure that a quality instructional environment is provided for the students and effective legal representation is provided to our clients. |

| The Senior Immigration Advisor in this position is a member of the professional staff in the International Student and Scholar Services Office. The person in this position will work effectively and cooperatively with other Advisors and staff. to ensure university compliance with aII aspects of the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), as required by Federal Law. Specifically, this Advisor position will be responsible for advising F-1 students, registering students with SEVIS, completing student immigration requests, and issuing Form I-20s using Sunapsis and SEVIS. Must be able to exercise good judgment and decision-making. Additionally, this person must be able to be certified with the Federal Government as a Designated School Official for the F1 visa program. |
