This position provides departmental support for applicants and students in the graduate programs in Learning Technologies, including processing paperwork and forms for students, and providing data for the department to assist with decision making. Responsibilities also include creating course schedules, assisting with faculty assignments, and providing website maintenance. This position requires occasional work outside of an 8-5 schedule for planned events.

This position will assist the Sr. Operations and Process Manager with assessment, marketing, and digital content. The position will assist with collecting, organizing, summarizing, and reporting data and other performance metrics for monthly and annual reports using written and visual formats to communicate a compelling story and to measure unit effectiveness toward achieving stated goals. The position will contribute to the Career Centers digital presence including content management for the website to ensure students, employers and other constituents have on demand access to engaging, timely, and accurate information, resources and tools. The position will assist with print and digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness about the programs, events, and initiatives available to students, alumni, and employer partners and promote engagement. May assist with the oversight of student employees who contribute to digital content and marketing campaigns. This position will perform other duties as assigned.

For this position, the Career Center at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Career Coach to join the High School Career Connect and curriculum team with general career coaching responsibilities amongst middle and high schools (7th 12th grades) and colleges. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Lead efforts toward planning and implementing career coaching, education, experiential learning, mentoring, and job search programs and services to students, by working with a variety of students, faculty, and staff in schools (7th 12th grade) and colleges. This includes, but is not limited to, individual advising, teaching, peer mentors oversight, curriculum support, programming, group workshops, services, and outcomes and deliver reports to their supervisor.
Serials and Processing Manager Denton
The University Libraries at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Serials and Processing Manager (SPM) to supervise Collection Development student assistants, manage the serials and continuing resources workflows, and oversee materials processing. The Collection Development Department is responsible for acquiring information resources to support teaching, research, and learning at UNT. The SPM hires and trains multiple student assistants and oversees the processing of library materials. The SPM also receives and performs record maintenance of serials and continuing resources. The SPM works directly with vendor representatives and other library staff to identify problems, resolve errors, and answer inquiries about library materials and serial holdings. The SPM also manages approval plans and their associated budgets.
