| The Educational Program Assistant Director will implement and maintain programs, courses, training, and activities for student, faculty, and other trainees. This function focuses on the planning, development, facilitation, implementation, evaluation and administration of a wide variety of educational programs and initiatives to increase and enhance continues educational learning. Also, entails developing and implementing organizational and employee development strategies and interventions which may include developing courses, developing broad range programs to meet the needs of a diverse population, managing training and organizational development programs, contracting services and developing budgets. This individual will collaborate with program leads and faculty to ensure that the course aligns with institutional learning objectives, accreditation standards, and best practices in medical education. |
