Director of Prospective and New Student Experience Dallas
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions, at the University of North Texas at Dallas, is seeking to hire a Director of Prospective and New Student Experience. Under the direction and collaborative support of the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Director is responsible for developing and implementing a best-in-class visit and event experience for prospective students, which carries seamlessly into a comprehensive orientation and onboarding program that supports students as they transition to UNT Dallas. The Director of Prospective and New Student Experience works collaboratively with stakeholders across campus to ensure a high level of student engagement and customer service from inquiry to admissions, and to strategically design and implement comprehensive onboarding processes and transition programs for new students and family members. This includes managing programs like campus visits, preview days, information sessions, student tour guide programs, new student orientation and transition events, as well as our Student Solutions Center (One Stop Shop). The Director is responsible for creating and providing inclusive administrative and managerial leadership, directing a team, setting priorities, developing procedures, establishing effective work structures and facilitating change to achieve the University's admission and enrollment goals, including ongoing process improvement and related technology advancements. As a member of the Undergraduate Admissions senior leadership team within the Enrollment Management and Student Affairs Division, this individual will collaborate to link these programs with the overall recruitment and retention efforts of the University of North Texas at Dallas.

Department Summary The Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track coach is charged with developing the institutions Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track program. These sports are going into their 4th year of existence and are still developing. The areas of cross country and mid to long distance will be the emphasis with the possibility of growth to a full track and field program. As such, the Head Coach will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, coaching and leading approximately 25-30 student-athletes who will represent the university and its mission. The head coach will be responsible for maintaining and managing operating, scholarship and fundraising budgets. The head coach will be expected to know and understand NAIA, conference, and institution policies and procedures as it pertains to academic and athletic regulations. Adjunct Instructor : Hospitality and Tourism Denton
The Department of Hospitality and Tourism seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor Pool and welcomes applicants at any time. The specific courses involved may vary but include all nutrition courses. Openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs.
Senior Financial Analyst Denton
Under the general direction of the Director of Payroll General Accounting; oversees the overpayment reporting and tracking, prepares the monthly payroll cash reconciliation, performs the reconciliation and management of Lead Record Keeper processing and transmission, manages the mail in deposits by check, ensures that direct deposit and positive pay submissions are completed in a timely manner, serves as POC for bank exceptions and unclaimed property; acts as a functional expert.
Administrative Specialist Denton
The Administrative Specialist would be responsible for providing administrative support for the graduate student program in the psychology clinic, as well as providing administrative support for client related services. This role would include, but is not limited to, assisting graduate student clinicians in administrative matters, communicating with, checking in, and taking payments from clients, and coordinating with other clinic staff members. Answer phone calls from clients, assist in completing phone screening forms, triage emergency situations, and other duties as assigned.
