Visiting Assistant Professor: Finance, Insurance, Real Estate & Law Denton
The successful candidate will contribute to the department's teaching, research, and service missions. Primary responsibilities include teaching three courses per semester, while maintaining a strong commitment to instructional excellence and student success. The individual is expected to actively engage in scholarly and creative activities, including progressing research agendas, presenting research findings to departmental faculty, and developing manuscripts suitable for submission to peer-reviewed journals. In addition, the candidate will participate in departmental and university service through committee assignments and other service responsibilities as determined by departmental needs.
Senior Contract Analyst Denton
The Senior Contract Analyst on the Research Contracting team of the Grants & Contracts Administration unit is responsible for the intake, triage, review, negotiation, and administration of non-funded research agreements that do not involve intellectual property or licensing. This position supports the Research Contracts team by independently managing a high volume and broad range of agreement types, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Data Use Agreements (DUAs), Master Agreements, Service Agreements, and Research Center Agreements. The Senior Contract Analyst interprets and applies applicable federal and state regulations, university policies, and sponsor requirements to ensure compliance. This role requires: independent analysis of contract terms and conditions, clear communication of contractual obligations, effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, strong judgment in decision-making, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Assistant Community Director (Live-in Position) Denton
This person assists the Community Director and serves as a live-in leader and general caretaker to students in the residence hall. Tasks include assisting with the implementation of student development concepts through programs and discipline, assisting with the monitoring of facilities, and supporting University programs and efforts. These responsibilities may vary from building to building.
Recycler Denton
The recycler is responsible for collecting and processing campus solid waste (trash and recycling). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Collects recyclable material and trash from campus within the time frame and schedule set by the Recycling Coordinator. * Demonstrates and applies working knowledge of recycling materials, procedures, and best practices acquired through experience and training. * Completes tasks given, such as work orders and special events on campus in an efficient manner, within the time frame given. * Assists in Grounds or irrigation tasks as needed. * Loads and unloads vehicles. * Acts as liaison between a customer and a department in arranging details of work requested. * Coordinates deliveries with other departments. * Observes safety and security precautions appropriate to work performed. * All other duties as assigned. ** This position is considered to be essential personnel and may require working overtime, which could include nights and weekends as needed.
Community Lawyering Center Adjunct Faculty Assistant Downtown Dallas
The primary responsibility of Adjunct Faculty will be the direct supervision of law students enrolled in the Community Lawyering Centers in their representation of clients. The CLC accepts cases involving a broad range of legal issues including family law, housing, consumer, governmental benefits, and other areas. Adjunct faculty work closely with faculty from the College of Law to assure that a quality instructional environment is provided for the students and effective legal representation is provided to our clients. Adjunct faculty assistant members will be required to meet certain parameters set by the Experiential Education program.
