Serves as a subject matter expert on specialized majors determining how transfer credits apply toward degree requirements. In addition, this position works with FTIC, major changers, academic challenges, and special populations. Develops and conducts strategic events and projects for internal and external constituents. Coordinates retention programs that focus on student success, integrating, managing and analyzing student academic data and preparing reports. Assists with development and maintenance of academic documents, degree plans, and pathways. |
