Sr. HRIS Functional Analyst Denton
The Human Resources Department at the University of North Texas System is seeking to hire a Sr. HRIS Functional Analyst to join our team. This position performs highly complex (senior level) HCM ERP functional systems support work. Work involves providing support for departmental functional users for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. The Senior HRIS Functional Analyst provides expertise and support to core HR systems through system support, configuration, process design and improvement, data accuracy, analytics, and integrations. Consult with business partners to research, document, implement, and execute new and/or revised HR programs. This position also serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas. Act as the liaison between business teams, application vendors and IT for system integrations, enhancements and issue fixes; Responsible for translating business needs to system design, conduct system/data analysis, and participating in testing and deployment activities. This role blends deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules with advanced analytics capabilities using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Police Officer II Dallas
The University of North Texas at Dallas invites applications for the position of Police Officer II. This position performs all duties normally associated with employment as licensed police officer, including, preventive patrol, arrest, search seizure, traffic enforcement, crash investigation, public safety and service, investigation of criminal incidents, and maintaining public order on the university campus and surrounding area. Work involves patrolling day and night all campus areas, buildings and parking lots. The UNT Dallas Police Department is responsible for providing law enforcement and security services for the University of North Texas at Dallas Main Campus and The College of Law. Police Officers must exercise good judgment and discretion in dealing with violators of laws and University regulations. Police Officers may be required to work special assignments, special events or be on call. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Conducts regular patrols inside and outside of buildings, parking lots, and around the campus grounds to watch for criminal activity, unsecured buildings, fires, and any other unusual conditions or irregularities. Investigates reports of criminal behavior and university regulations. Arrests violators and files appropriate charges where and when such action is appropriate. Issues citations for parking and traffic violations. conducts traffic accident investigations. Prepare written and oral reports on completed investigative activities and calls. Testifies in criminal/civil court, administrative hearings, and other required venues. Enforces traffic laws and directs traffic upon area public streets. Protects lives and property. Perform other duties as directed by the Chief of Police or police supervisory personnel. Observes safety and security measures appropriate to work performed and work supervised. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based sports medicine services, and reduce injury.
Adjunct Faculty - College of Law Downtown Dallas
NATURE OF POSITION AND APPOINTMENT The appointments will be as Adjunct Faculty to teach one course each in the Spring 2026 semester. EXPECTATIONS Adjunct faculty members are a critical part of the College of Law’s learning community, and they will be involved in curricular and co-curricular activities and programs relating to student learning and professional formation throughout law school. Because the educational program will strive for excellence in developing practice-related competencies, adjunct faculty members will be expected to follow the instructional and curricular practices of the College of Law, including use of the Canvas Learning Management System, learning outcomes, multiple assessments, and research and writing modules within a course, as appropriate, with support from other faculty as well as research librarians. The College of Law will support adjunct faculty in these areas by providing training, course design expertise, and learning management system support.
