| This position manages the University policy program. This includes daily management and process reviews of the University Policy Manual (UPM) website and the System policy repository. Daily tasks would include conducting end-to-end policy reviews according to the 6-year policy review cycle triaging policy issues, maintenance processes, and assisting with setting the strategic direction of the policy program under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). This position collaborates with the University community on various policy matters, including establishing and maintaining relationships with various UNT offices, providing education and assistance as needed, policy benchmarking with outside organizations, and providing guidance on emerging policy trends. |

| Advises all undergraduate students, assisting them in making semester by semester plans towards the completion of their respective degrees. Evaluates students transcripts and updates their degree audits as necessary. Processes graduation applications, updating students degree audits and following up with students to ensure all degree requirements have been met. Represent office on advising technology initiatives and training for music advising staff on existing and new software. Assist Director of Undergraduate Advising with supervision of student assistants and front desk operations. |

Responsibilities include providing front office support for department personnel and visitors, managing all administrative duties related to the Mathematics graduate program (approx. 60 Master's and PhD students), coordinating support for department visitors (speakers, candidates etc) including managing calendars, publicity, and other logistics, as well as coordinating the department's social media presence. |

| This evening position is responsible for assisting in the overall coordination of the fitness program and supporting membership strategy, tracking, reporting, and outreach at both the UNT Denton and Frisco Landing Fitness Center locations. The role includes recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising all fitness employees; coordinating group fitness schedules; teaching group fitness classes and personal training clients; planning and executing fitness programs and events; ensuring safety and accident prevention; maintaining equipment; and overseeing staff administration. |
