| Serves as the UNT Health Fort Worth university official responsible for knowledge of Title IX regulations, OCR reporting requirements, and related federal compliance frameworks. responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and overseeing compliance with all aspects of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX), the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (VAWA) and Campus SaVe Act. Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sensitive case data to produce accurate, timely compliance reports. Ability to maintain secure, detailed records and use data systems to monitor case progress, identify trends, and support institutional decision‑making. Proven capacity to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership while ensuring adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards. Responsible for monitoring the ongoing publication of the university’s related regulations and policies, compliant investigation of complaints and overall activities for compliance with Title IX requirements; and assuring dissemination of the grievance procedure.
While this position is hybrid, the majority of the work week will be present on-campus. The schedule is dependent on programming, events, training, etc., and will fluctuate as needed. |
