This position is responsible for providing executive, administrative, and analytical support to the ORC. Other tasks include assisting with special projects and budgetary activities, coordinating the collection and analysis of data and the preparation of materials for meetings and conferences, identifying issues or problems and researching solutions within specific management areas. Duties reflect substantial variety and complexity. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require creativity and originality. The incumbent will serve as a resource for others in the resolution of complex problems and issues. Additional tasks may include: review of initial project submissions for completeness and clarity; providing initial follow-up with researchers and investigators regarding their submissions; creating database records for new studies received; participating in weekly process improvement huddles and projects.
