Regent University’s School of Education is seeking to fill a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position. This position will be located at Regent University’s Virginia Beach, VA campus.

Qualifications: A doctoral degree in Christian School Leadership or related field is required. The candidate will have applied and advanced knowledge of research and assessment methodology, curriculum development, and assessment design. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with diverse student populations. A candidate with a demonstrated ability to teach and evaluate student performance as well as teach with online technology platforms (e.g. Canvas) is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. The candidate must also have exceptional written/oral communication skills. This individual must have a heart for the personal, spiritual, and professional development of students and faculty while providing service in a professional manner. 

Expectations include 1) a dedication to Christ-centered teaching and learning; 2) a record of or potential for academic scholarship; 3) the ability to teach undergraduate-level courses; 4) familiarity with online instructional technology; and 5) a willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith.
