The Admissions Evaluator will be responsible for the real time analysis of completed applicant files for decision review of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral applications. The Admissions Evaluator will work closely with the Admissions Counselors, ESS, and Associate Directors and Faculty in a supportive, proactive, and professional manner.

Essential duties:

  • Acquire and maintain a knowledge of Regent University and all programs including financial aid, scholarships, transcript and credit evaluation policies, and student advising.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators for each session & semester intake as determined by the Director and Associate Director.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of programmatic content, helpful faculty feedback, and other tactics to assist with phone calls and application completion. 
  • Maintain a thorough review of submitted admissions documents for the chosen degree programs or schools within Regent University.  
  • Review and evaluate application files for admission decisions or for the recommendation of admissions to the Associate Directors.
  • Increase overall productivity by increasing the numbers of inquiry to enrollment conversion and increasing the percentage of application to enrollment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 to 3 years of sales or college admissions experience  
  • Must be able to meet and exceed goals in a production driven environment
