Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted remote support for the data analytics and Tableau components of select business analytics courses, beginning with BAN 625.
• Conduct scheduled Tableau demonstrations, technical consultations, and virtual support sessions.
• Assist students with data preparation, visualization design, dashboard development, and interpretation of analytical results.
• Help students troubleshoot technical issues encountered while completing Tableau-based assignments and projects.
• Demonstrate appropriate Tableau workflows and professional practices.
• Guide students in translating analytical findings into clear, decision-relevant business insights.
• Assist in developing or refining datasets, examples, demonstrations, and supporting technical resources.
• Provide formative technical feedback within parameters established by the faculty member of record.
• Maintain student confidentiality and comply with all applicable university requirements.
