Base salary $66,212 - $73,085 p.a. plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro-rata)

About the role

As a Student Support Officer (internally known as Connected Learning Centre Support Officer), you'll play a key role in enhancing the student experience by providing essential administrative support, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting both learners and educators. You'll help students access technology resources, support teaching staff with non-educational needs, and ensure smooth daily operations at the Connected Learning Centre.

This a permanent, part-time (21 hours p/w) position located at TAFE NSW Corowa Campus. The work schedule will be determined based on campus operations and the needs of the business.

About You 

In this supportive student facing role, you'll be key to ensuring the smooth delivery of teaching and learning at TAFE NSW's Connected Learning Centres. Your excellent customer service skills and positive attitude make a real difference in helping students succeed. You're organised, adaptable, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

What You Bring:

  • Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to work occasional evening or weekend shifts.
  • Experience in customer service and administrative support, preferably in education.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage students effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and good time management.
