About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to manage and coordinate the business operations for our Hospitality section. This is a Permanent Full Time opportunity commencing as soon as possible based at our Ultimo campus, with some travel required around the Sydney region. In your role, you will: 

  • Supervise the Hospitality business operations including staff rostering and allocation of resources.
  • Conduct daily inspections of hospitality facilities.
  • Mentor and coach a high performing team and ensure safety and compliance is consistently met.
  • Consistently ensure smooth efficient service and maintain effective relationships that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients 

About You 

Coupled with your ability to lead and coach high performing teams and commitment to customer service, you will have:  

  1. Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in Hospitality (or similar) or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  2. Strong Hospitality knowledge experience – Food/Beverage/Hotel all highly regarded.

Highly regarded  

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with different stakeholders eg. Teachers, Chefs, Head Teachers, Coordinators.
