$135,320.41 package includes salary ($119,757.00 - $132,188.00), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

Joining an Agile team, you will work closely with our customer in the development and management of the nominated platform. As the key contact for the target platform, you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and platform changes to meet business needs.

You will have a strong customer focus and the ability to understand and distil business processes. You will be responsible for the operation, development, administration, and integration of TAFE NSW platforms to support the Systems Group and organisational business requirements.

About You 

We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Systems Administrator and Product Owner with an understanding of Agile and Scrum fundamentals.

  • Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholder groups to drive digital outcomes for our customers.
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding customer needs and delivering customer value.
  • Outstanding technical, analytical, planning, and organisational skills, including the ability to proactively identify and action issues and opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding the foundations of delivering and supporting software in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a large enterprise environment in a timely and effective manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in customisation of platforms including, but not limited to UI forms, Scripting, web services integrations and third-party application (plugin) integrations.
  • Understanding of SQL

You will have:

  • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in Systems Administration
