Base Salary of $92,396 - $109,576 p.a. plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

A 35-hour working week for full-time staff with a variety of flexible working options on offer, including 4 weeks annual leave and 3 weeks agreed non-attendance leave per year for full-time staff.
About the Role
Make a meaningful impact as a Counsellor by providing essential counselling services to both prospective and enrolled students, while offering educational consultancy and support to staff. Use your expertise to guide students in their academic, vocational, and personal journeys, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. You will also be engaging with campus staff and students to deliver expert support through educational consulting, trend and specialised staff development programs.
This role will require occasional travel to other TAFE campuses within the region as directed.

Key Requirements:
- Appropriate Degree and at least 3 years study in Psychology or other such study as the employer deems appropriate.
- Two years of relevant vocational experience.
- Eligible for psychology registration with AHPRA or membership with the Australian Association of Social Work
- Two years of relevant and recent counselling experience in personal counselling and vocational or educational counselling, or post-graduate qualifications in relevant counselling areas.
