Salary package up to $136,775, includes base salary of ($86,054 – $121,045), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading (pro-rata)

About the role

We’re seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Biology students!  

Join our dynamic and innovative team at Bradfield Senior College as a Stage 6 HSC Biology Teacher, with the willingness to teach Investigating Science. The position will commence as a Maternity Leave contract, there is some potential for part-time casual work beyond this period. As a member of our faculty, you will inspire and guide our students in their educational journey. Playing a crucial role in shaping the learning outcomes for our students and provide a stimulating learning experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create engaging lessons that inspire critical thinking and foster exploration of biological concepts
  • Prepare syllabus-aligned content and deliver dynamic demonstrations
  • Design effective assessments to measure student progress
  • Uphold and maintain a conducive learning environment
  • Uphold and maintain safe working practices within the laboratory
