Operations Coordinator

Location negotiable across NSW (subject to TAFE campus availability)

Permanent Full-time

Total Remuneration Package $132,022 includes salary ($108,494 - $116,838), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This role is responsible for coordinating a range of activities to enhance operational performance and support the achievement of team and business objectives. The Operations Coordinator is a strategic problem solver with a focus on operational excellence, bringing analytical skills to identify opportunities streamline processes across systems and platforms within the content team.

A key part of this role is leveraging tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, CRMs, and Sitecore to support project tracking, collaboration, reporting and content distribution.

With strong analytical skills you'll develop reports and dashboards provide visibility into operational metrics and team performance, where you’ll also identify areas for workflow improvements or transformation.

Resolute in the pursuit of continuous improvement, you will proactively identify technological improvements, provide recommendations to support operational efficiency, and lead implementation plans.

Essential Requirements

  • You hold a degree qualification in a related field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • You have demonstrated experience coordinating content and information operations or projects across multiple teams and technical platforms
  • You have demonstrated experience in operational planning incorporating multiple streams of activities.

Highly regarded

  • You have experience analysing data and creating meaningful insights, supporting performance monitoring and decision making.
  • You have experience translating functional business gaps into technical requirements to enhance systems and processes.
  • You can work on concurrent projects with differing project management methodologies, primarily Agile and Waterfall.
  • You can effectively prioritise critical organisational priorities, service requests / defect resolution for external platforms and BAU service delivery.
