Manager Platforms – Learning Content 

State-wide Opportunity (subject to TAFE NSW campus availability) 

Temporary Full Time till 28th Sep 2025  

Total Remuneration Package $191,958, includes a base salary of $170, 090 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role 

This position is responsible for the overall management of Learning Delivery platform including design, development, procurement, deployment, enhancement, alongside the creation and coordination of associated business guidelines, procedures, and documentation. You will provide leadership and expert strategic advice and direction on TAFE NSW’s platforms in order to ensure effective overarching platform management. 

In this role, you will develop and manage business service performance processes to ensure the availability, integrity, reliability and stability of TAFE NSW’s platforms and successful achievement of assigned KPIs and ensure business continuity, disaster recovery and service management plans are documented to protect critical business operations. You will also undertake critical reviews and assess proposals for upgrades and/or changes to Platforms including network infrastructure and configuration in order to ensure effective implementation planning and arrangements for ongoing support. 

About you 

To be successful in this role, you will have:- 

  1. Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience. 

Highly Regarded 

  1. Prior experience managing teams to deliver industry leading platforms. 

  1. Demonstrated experience with agile development
