$132,022 package includes salary ($108,494 - $116,838) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

This position is responsible for working collaboratively with local functional areas including training delivery, student services, facilities management and other corporate services to ensure excellence in service experience at the relevant learning location optimising community engagement including multicultural.
We are seeking a motivated individuals with a passion for customer service to join our Statewide Talent Pool. Your strong networking skills and adaptable approach will be key in balancing campus operations and managing stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to leverage your technology skills will contribute to your success in this role.
You will have a proven track record in building rapport with diverse individuals and delivering customer-focused activities and services. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work varying shifts, including evenings, to align with TAFE's operating hours with a willingness to travel to local schools and other TAFE campuses to coordinate with the TAFE Services Coordinators.

A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).

Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience in relevant customer services environments.

Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in coordinating and delivering activities, events and services which meet customer requirements.

Ability to work flexible shifts including evening to align with TAFE operating hours.
