Salary package of $178,647, includes a base salary of $158,152 p.a plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Investment Assistant Program Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of a program of minor capital works to meet strategic planning objectives and specified project outcomes. 

As a key member of the TAFE NSW Infrastructure Delivery Team, the Investment Assistant Program Manager, is responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of high impact complex capital works projects across TAFE NSW. This position renews existing infrastructure to enable contemporary and flexible learning across the state, creating new, modern and state-of the art infrastructure to accommodate future enrolment growth and improve the student learning experience. In this role you will oversee the delivery of an assigned program of minor capital works and related projects, in collaboration with external project managers and design consultants, ensuring outcomes align with the originating brief and meet stakeholder expectations and customer requirements. 

About You 

You will have significant experience managing and delivering multiple complex projects in live environments. Your open communication, high level attention to detail and structured project planning skills will be essential in delivering the required outcomes to all stakeholders. 

In addition, you will have the following: 

  • Degree qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Program Management or relevant significant experience in a related field with at least 3-5 years’ experience in the delivery of Minor Capital Works programs and/or related projects.
